The resort complex Jumeirah Meradhoo, consisting of 36 villas, is located on a desert island with an area of 45 thousand m². At the same time, another 16 villas form a unique "sea village", which is separated from the main island by a kilometer-long coral reef. Each of the villas of the "sea village" has an area of 240 m², and the area of villas located on the coast of the main island is 300 m².
