Momotaro - New Japanese Cuisine

Restaurant Momotaro is a new name in the field of haute cuisine. Momotaro represents a new generation of Japanese restaurants and offers a new look at traditional Japanese cuisine.

The chefs of this unique establishment not only use the best ingredients, such as beef from the Japanese city of Kobe and Australian lobster, to create an unforgettable menu for the most demanding gourmets, but also offer visitors an unlimited selection of the best varieties of Japanese sake. The chief chef Momotaro, a native of Japan, has worked in Russia for the past few years and speaks good Russian.

Restaurant Momotaro got its name in honor of the hero of Japanese folklore. Translated, the hero’s name sounds like “peach boy”, and the legend tells that the boy came to Earth inside a giant peach, which one old and childless woman caught when he sailed down the river. A happy woman and her husband found a boy inside a peach when they were about to eat fruit. The child was named Momotaro, which means "peach boy." In general, almost like in a fairy tale about Kolobok, only in the Japanese way ...

Returning to the restaurant, we note that the prices in it for the establishment of haute cuisine are more than acceptable. A business lunch will cost you 79 dirhams, and a Friday brunch from 225 to 299 dirhams, with an unlimited amount of beer or wine from around the world, including Japan. The menu contains the most varied variations on the theme of sushi and sashimi, excellent miso soup, delicious sweet and sour black cod, original teppanyaki and robatayaki, and much more, including interesting desserts. Boring rolls at Momotaro will not suit you. Everything here is aimed at surprising the customer. As you have already noticed, the restaurant Monmotaro has an alcohol license. In the evenings, it is usually crowded, so it is better to reserve tables in advance. In the evening - a mandatory dress code.

Momotaro Restaurant is located in the Souk Al Bahar shopping center, stylized as a traditional Arabian market, in the new Old Town Dubai area, next to the tallest building in the world, Burj Dubai.
