The Louvre Abu Dhabi can now be reached by public bus from the city center.
The city route to the Louvre Abu Dhabi will be served daily by bus. There are stops at Dhafeer Street, Abu Dhabi Bus Station, Hamdan Street, Saadiyat Island and directly at the museum.
The cost of the trip is 2 dirhams ($ 0.54) one way using a replenished hafilat card. The first bus number 94 will leave on Saturday.
The Louvre Abu Dhabi opens at 10 am on November 11th. A bus stop is located next to the main entrance.
Route 94 is part of a number of new bus routes launched by the Department of Transport throughout the city and suburbs. These include the 198th - from Zayed Sport City to NYUAD; 221st - from Al Bahya to Deefields Mall; and 223rd from New Shahama to Al Samha East Adnoc.
The movement of other vehicles has been changed or combined with existing routes.
