The Ajman Masfout Heights Resort will consist of hotels, villas and a nature reserve.

Emirate Ajman, UAE, announced plans to launch a new large resort, which will feature a group of hotels, villas and a nature reserve.

The plans for the Masfout Heights resort project, which will also include parks, a lake area, an entertainment and sports area, shops, and mosques, were supported by the ruler Sheikh Humayd bin Rashid Al Nuaymi.

The project is expected to have a significant impact on the emirate, encouraging investors to create other similar projects, the state-owned news agency WAM said.

The ruler of Ajman was informed of the importance and scope of the project by officials of Aqaar Corporation, represented by Executive Director Galib Jaber, and Lootah Real Estate Development Company, represented by Saleh Abdullah Luta.

According to the latter, Masfout Heights is considered one of the most significant projects related to tourism, and it will be implemented in several stages over five years. The first phase is expected to be completed in 2021.
