Three days a week before the official opening of the new safari park in Dubai, families can visit the attraction for free.
It became known that Monday, Wednesday and Saturday will be days for a family visit to the new Dubai Safari. The announcement was made on the park’s official Instagram page on Friday, December 15th.
Other residents and tourists these days will not be able to visit the safari park.
The authorities made this decision after 14 thousand people visited the safari in just two days after the preliminary opening - 4 thousand on the first day and 10 thousand on the second. Recall that earlier the municipality announced that the entrance to the park will be free for two weeks before the official opening in January.
“Dubai’s safari is one of the most anticipated attractions of the year, so we understand the reason for the huge excitement around the opening of the project. We are deeply impressed by the reaction that we get after the park’s initial launch and are fully prepared to receive more people on weekends. The teams of the municipality of Dubai and Safari worked over the preparation of a world-class project that promises to be the long-awaited new addition to the growing number of Dubai family attractions, "the statement said.
“Along with providing a unique experience for visitors of all ages, our goal for Dubai Safari is to set an example for the conservation and protection of wildlife,” said Khalid Al Suwaydi, director of leisure facilities in the municipality of Dubai.
“An environmentally friendly park created at a former city landfill for construction waste is also an important landmark in the municipality of Dubai, highlighting the city’s ongoing efforts to create a sustainable future,” he added.
The park is open daily from 9:00 to 17:00 during the first two weeks of operation.
After the official launch of the project, guests can visit the park daily from 9:00 to 21:00, including all holidays. Safari is located in Al Warqaa 5 area.
