An engineer from India was killed in a factory in the Al-Dhaid area.
A 40-year-old Indian engineer died in a factory near Al-Dhaid in Sharjah. According to preliminary data, the engineer died in the line of duty.
After the police received a report about the incident, police squads, doctors and a forensic team were sent to the scene. The investigators found that the employee fell from a height, controlling the work of other employees. The victim was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The body of the deceased was transferred to a forensic laboratory for an autopsy.
Al-Dhaid police and the municipality are currently investigating whether negligence caused an accident.
