Dubai, UAE. The Dubai-based Indian restaurant Masala Library introduced a soaring dessert in the air. It is a chocolate truffle that floats in the air through the use of magnets and nitrogen.
The masterpiece of post-molecular cuisine is 70% chocolate and has already received the title of culinary sensation. Sweet lovers can visit the restaurant and order a flying dessert on May 14th.
