Dubai authorities switch to communication with customers on WhatsApp

One of the key departments of Dubai now serves clients in the messenger.

The Office of Roads and Transport of Dubai (RTA) on Tuesday, July 16, announced the launch of a new service based on the WhatsApp messenger.

Using this service, customers will be able to communicate with RTA regarding fines in the format of instant messaging.

The video, posted on the RTA's official Twitter account, demonstrates how users can get all the necessary information about fines using their smartphone: just inform about the intention to pay the fine in order to receive the service.

Judging by the content of the video, the service will be available in Dubai soon. The exact date is not called.
