Based in the Dubai Design District, which serves as a cultural crossroads, the restaurant promises to send guests on a sensual journey, highlighting creativity and design.
The concept of fast food is described as the next step in restaurant culture. It incorporates bold and rich tastes, using quality, fresh ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Udo Moro, who is known for launching the famous Michelin-starred restaurants Joël Robuchon in Paris and London, is responsible for its implementation at Molecule. Chef Udo will transfer his international experience to the ever-evolving culinary scene of Dubai. The concept of bistronomy is focused on the use of seasonal products in combination with regional tastes.
As already mentioned, much attention is paid to design and aesthetics at Molecule, which are created by industry leaders Ansonia Concepts, the boutique agency that developed the concept and design of Molecule. With more than 25 years of experience and commitment to design, Ansonia Concepts has created and implemented all the necessary interior elements in collaboration with artist-designer Nadine Kanzo. At the construction site, she took a black and white photograph, which she later decorated with bright and colorful elements based on her passion for exhibitions called Future of Yesterday. Photos adorned with carefully selected elements are visually minimalistic, but conceptually multifaceted and show significant growth, which over time has occurred in Dubai. Combining minimalism with Kanzo's originality, Molecule skillfully portrays its versatile and bold atmosphere.
Nomad Inception, a well-known Arab art boutique that specializes in the best architectural creations inspired by Arabian creativity, also had a hand in the decoration of the restaurant. Breaking the rules of geometry, Nomad Inception is responsible for implementing the Ansonia Concepts design vision in the design and manufacture of Molecule ceilings, floors and walls.
Lebanese architect Fadisaredieddin from the design studio Fadi Sarieddine also brought his experimental approach to the image of Molecule, focusing on mixing traditional design with unconventional materials.
Recognizing the enormous importance of lighting, Light Func, a studio of light, acts as a co-author for the installation of sensory lighting products that set the mood in Molecule.
Dubai's Third Line art gallery has also joined the Molecule, embodying the institution's artistic vision.
