Emirates introduced a special Christmas menu to mark the start of the holiday season with its passengers.
In all the service classes and lounges of Emirates airline from Dubai, a special Christmas menu has been launched, which is designed to delight passengers and create a festive mood this December. Emirates expands the Christmas menu with traditional holiday treats.
Christmas dishes are available for customers traveling from Dubai to Australia, Europe, the USA and the UK, as well as those traveling from the UK to Dubai throughout December.
Economy class customers will enjoy turkey rolls with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, Viennese chicken sausages and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, they will be offered such festive sweets as a lemon-cranberry cake with cream cheese icing, a chocolate cake with white chocolate crumbs and raspberry coolies.
First class and business class passengers will be offered king prawns marinated with lemon and herbs, served with cocktail sauce and fennel salad. As a main dish, customers can order turkey roll, served with chestnuts, with apricot filling, cranberry sauce and pumpkin puree or Brussels sprouts with thin slices of turkey and cream sauce. A wide selection of desserts is available on various routes, including ginger roll, mint chocolate dessert dome and Christmas log roll.
First-class passengers can also enjoy macaroons with the Santa Claus image and hot chocolate served with marshmallows and gingerbread. Young first-class passengers will receive a surprise in the form of marshmallow cookies in the shape of a snowman.
In addition to champagne Dom Pérignon, Veuve Cliquot and Moët & Chandon, which are available on board for Christmas, passengers traveling to Africa will be able to combine their dishes with premium vintage Château Ducru-Beaucaillou 1985 wine - a rare treat available to First Class passengers in December.
Emirates has prepared gifts for all passengers. In the first and business classes, the Bulgari cosmetic lineup was updated. 16 completely new designs of women's and men's cosmetics bags have been created, which can subsequently be reused to store electronics or cosmetics. Cosmetic bags are issued on extra long flights and include basic necessities: socks, a mask for sleeping and a toothbrush.
