Recognized solo pianist Jae-Hyuck Cho will also perform with the orchestra, who "was able to get closer to perfection thanks to a special gift of perception and an impeccable technique of performance."

The symphony orchestra will perform Korean folk music as interpreted by Young Jo Lee, Piano Concerto No. 1 of Franz Liszt Liszt and Symphony No. 8 (Op. 88) by Antonin Dvorak.

The Korean Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1985, made a huge contribution to the development of symphonic music in its homeland and took pride of place on the world stage. Today it is the only orchestra in Korea that performs music for ballet and opera on a professional level.
