The first to work at Enigma was the chef Kike Dacosta, known for his avant-garde approach, whose “shift” began on January 10 and will last until April 10 (who will be the next cook, of course, is kept secret). His restaurant in Spain (bearing his name) has earned three Michelin stars and now occupies 39th place in the list of 50 best restaurants in the world. “I am happy that I was honored to present my kitchen in another part of the world,” Dacosta told our magazine. “I dream of succeeding here and bring fame to Palazzo Versace. I hope that the guests will appreciate both the institution itself and my choice of dishes. I think that working at Enigma will be an invaluable experience for me. " Dacoste's cuisine combines rich Mediterranean heritage with the most modern ideas. He is known for his careful selection of products, because he is convinced that this is the main secret of excellent cuisine.

According to Patrick Robino, the manager of the Palazzo Versace hotel and one of the developers of the idea of this mysterious restaurant in every sense, Enigma's goal was to combine everything that makes up a modern lifestyle: fast pace, flexibility and dynamism, striving for new things, development and thirst for change. “Enigma is pushing people forward, motivating change,” he says.
However, Patrick is modestly silent that the restaurant gives the visitor also some mystical experience of immersion in another reality. Some dishes are served almost in the dark under enchanting, hypnotic music. Waiters put on masks of bulls and carry dishes that glow in the dark.
