The first in the Middle East, Novikov Restaurant & Bar, part of the chain of restaurants of Arkady Novikov, opens July 22, 2015 at the five-star Dubai Sheraton Grand Hotel. Novikov's restaurants are already very popular among the gourmets of Moscow and London.
The menu of the new Dubai restaurant is built on modern rethinking by chef Shane McNeill of traditional cuisine of East Asian peoples. The restaurant with 280 seats will offer guests a bar area, a zone for sushi lovers, a hall for private meals on the second floor and the main dining room. The interior of the restaurant was developed by the Russian design company Geometry Design, it used granite, genuine leather and the jade, the favorite stone in Asia.
