Dubai's famous flower garden lands in the Guinness Book of Records

Dubai's fabulous flower garden made it into the Guinness Book of Records for the world's largest floral arrangement.

Dubai's famous flower garden, Dubai Miracle Garden, has received the Guinness Book of Records certificate for the construction of the world's largest flower installation. We are talking about the composition in the form of an A380 aircraft from Emirates airline, over which more than 200 people worked for 180 days.

Abdel Nasser Rahhal, the co-founder and creator of Dubai Miracle Garden, received a certificate from the Guinness Book of Records International Committee at a ceremony held in Dubai on December 2, 2016 to mark the 45th UAE National Day.

In creating a structure 24 meters high, capable of withstanding over 90 tons of flowers, more than 300 tons of steel and 50 tons of concrete were used.

The flowers themselves forming the composition were grown and harvested for four months in the Dubai Miracle Garden. The structure, built in the shape of an A380 aircraft, is covered in more than 500 thousand colors. Another 900 colors were used for the Emirates logo.
