The third Zabeel House by Jumeirah brand will open in Dubai.
The Zabeel House by Jumeirah budget hotel chain is expanding with the opening of the new Zabeel House The Greens in Dubai.
The facility is located in one of the towers of Onyx Towers. The hotel is inspired by the New York Loft concept. Onyx is a tower complex that includes residential, commercial and hotel facilities, as well as a podium with dozens of shops, restaurants and cafes.
Zabeel House The Greens offers 200 rooms and 10 apartments, covering a total of 10 floors. Bicycles, skateboards and inline skates can be used free of charge at the hotel and you can go for a walk in The Greens. Each room is traditionally equipped with Zabeel House mini fridges and espresso machines.
The hotel has two restaurants - Pan-Asian cuisine Lah Lah and Social Company - an outdoor pool, two outdoor movie theaters and dog walking areas, as well as a playground, a garden and coworking space, a business center with four conference rooms and own kitchen.
Zabeel House The Greens will also launch the Native Club, a multifunctional sports and leisure club open to all comers.
Earlier this year, Jumeirah opened two hotels in Dubai under the new brand - Zabeel House MINI and Zabeel House Al Seef by Jumeirah. The company currently has plans to open two more hotels under this brand - one in Saudi Arabia and another in London.
