According to the Dubai municipality involved in the implementation of the project, the hotel has an area of 835 square meters. meters will have rooms for training and haircuts, a viewing platform for walking. All rooms will be equipped with air conditioning and video cameras. Owners of pets who will leave them at the hotel while traveling on vacation will be able to watch them online. The bird market itself will also be commissioned before the end of this year. It will be located on the territory of 50 hectares, which will occupy the administrative unit, a veterinary clinic, living quarters for staff and other buildings. The municipality hopes that the new market will facilitate the development of trade in animals and related products in Dubai.
