The construction of the complex "Abu Dhabi Plaza" has begun in the capital of Kazakhstan

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev laid the capsule in the foundation of the multifunctional high-rise complex "Abu Dhabi Plaza" in Astana, according to Kazakhstan Today.

“Today we are starting another major project in Astana. The fact that the leadership of the United Arab Emirates provides us with tremendous support in the context of the financial crisis, we will never forget,” N. Nazarbayev noted. “This complex, worth about US $ 2 billion, will rise up to a height of 88 floors, which will allow it to be attributed to the tallest buildings in the world. It will be a decoration of the city and will become a landmark attraction. A lot is envisaged inside: both apartments and five-star hotels, and entertainment centers, and trading floors, and theaters, and much more. A large number of people will get jobs at this construction, and this will be a new technical and interesting construction for our state, "the president said. As previously reported, on June 11 of this year, the governments of Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates signed an agreement on the construction of the Abu Dhabi Plaza complex in Astana.

The multifunctional complex "Abu Dhabi Plaza", which the Emirate company intends to build in Astana, is its only development project outside the UAE. It will be the tallest building in Central Asia and the 14th tallest housing and entertainment complex in the world.
